How do I place an order?+
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For firearms, you'll need to select an FFL dealer for transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States.
How long does shipping take?+
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Do you ship firearms?+
Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your area. We cannot ship directly to residential addresses.

What do I need to purchase a firearm?+
You must be 21 years or older, pass an FBI NICS background check, and complete the transfer through a licensed FFL dealer.
How does the FFL transfer process work?+
Select an FFL near you at checkout. We ship the firearm to them, and they contact you to complete paperwork and background check.
What about NFA items like suppressors?+
NFA items require additional paperwork (ATF Form 4), a $200 tax stamp, and extended processing times (6-12 months typically).
Returns
What is your return policy?+
Unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Firearms, ammunition, and NFA items have special restrictions.
Can I return ammunition?+
Ammunition cannot be returned for safety reasons. Please contact us if you received damaged or incorrect product.
How do I start a return?+
Contact our support team with your order number. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
