30-Day Return Window
Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship item back in original packaging
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
- Firearms: Can only be returned if defective or incorrect
- Ammunition: Cannot be returned for safety reasons
- NFA Items: All sales final once ATF process begins
- Used/Modified Items: Items that have been used or modified
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
